One individual/business is entitled to one Imports-Exports.eu account. Users found to have created multiple silver accounts will have accounts deleted and may be BANNED from Imports-Exports.eu. Provide contact information - such as email address, website URL, phone number, etc. - in any location other than the contact information section from the registration.

•             Disclose private communications without permission to parties other than the intended recipient, or disclose confidential information

•             Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or profane information of any kind, that would constitute a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, state, national or international law, including without limitation, export control laws and regulations

•             Post or transmit any information or software that the sender is aware contains a virus, worm, or other harmful component

•             Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining the permission of the copyright owner or right holder

•             Falsify user information provided to Imports-Exports.eu or to other users of the Service in connection with the use of Imports-Exports.eu services

•             Account sharing, including without limitation, letting third parties use your account and password. Only 1 Trade Page account per person and/or company is permitted.

Imports-Exports.eu considers the above practices to constitute abuse of the Terms of Use. Engaging in one or more of these practices may result in the User's account being NOT Listed, Restricted, BANNED and/or deleted.

Solicitation Restrictions

All the Members can send how many Trade Mails  inquiries per month need and to receive how many request the other members /users will send them. If any member will be disturbed by the messages received will have to mail to contact@imports-exports.eu to report the abusive messages with all the explanations about the sender and messages.(SPAM)

Termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, or for any reason whatsoever, Imports-Exports.eu may terminate and/or ban a member or subscriber immediately without fault or penalty. Imports-Exports.eu try to maintain an international directory of manufacturers, suppliers, agents and trade service providers that are active on the website and active in international trade. Members may be deleted due to inactivity or for any other reason, without recourse. When a member has not logged in for 6 months, their account status is in jeopardy and may be deleted.

Imports-Exports.eu provides free membership for everybody (manufacturers, suppliers, agents, and service providers from the entire world.)

The Free Members-Silver Member can apply in the site with the data and presentation of the company which they represented and to post 2 leads. As extra option they can pay to make link to there leads, to make it “offer of the day” or to buy sponsored banner.

The Gold Members are Free to put how many announcements are necessary for them in all the sections from the portal for 6 months fee or 12 months fee, and also to pay to make link to there leads, to make the leads “offer of the day” or to buy sponsored banner.

The Platinum Members are Free to put how many announcements are necessary for them in all the sections from the portal for 6 months fee or 12 months fee, and also to pay to make link to there leads, to make the leads “offer of the day” or to buy sponsored banner and also have a free personal online shop.

Important: You can’t receive back the fee paid. Once you pay the fee for any advertising services provided by us, mean you try the Imports-Exports.eu and you agree with our services. 

Applicable Law

you agree that the laws of Romania can apply to any issue that may arise with Imports-Exports.eu regarding this site, and to settle such dispute in the courts of Romania.
