Company description:
At the moment we offer you for delivery fodder wheat, originating from the Republic of Moldova, in quantity of 5.000 tons, in the CPT conditions of Port Reni (Ukraine),
(INCOTERMS 2000).
Ware payment proceeding:
90 % - payment against the export deeds after the loading of the ware (likely in the presence of your representative) and presentation of export custom deeds (custom declarations, etc.), according to the request of the importer, having the receiving and transportation stamp of the Moldavian Railway Station, also presenting the commercial bill to your representative or by fax.
10% - payment after the loading of the ware, in the FOB conditions of Port Reni (INCOTERMS 2000), and according to the Reception-Delivery Deed of the ware, respecting the quantitative and qualitative parameters agreed by the contracting parties.
All these conditions shall be specified in the Sale-Buy Contract.
