Established in April, 2008, Masterly Electronics Company Ltd. (named MECL below) is located in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, very close to Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Highway, Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway or Railway, and only an hour's drive away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
