 How do I start?

Imports-Exports.eu  is a business portal. For to start to add leads or to contact members, you have to registered your company.

The register is in 3 steps

1-    Register your company

2-   Check your email account To activate your account you have to check the link from the email. The email comes from noreplay@imports-exports.eu. For to come the emails from Imports-Exports.eu in your inbox, please add to your contacts this email addresses noreplay@imports-exports.eu and contact@imports-exports.eu

3-  After you go in your account, fulfill your profile. Put your logo and start to publish leads. The Members can start to contact the other members of Imports-Exports.eu

How do I use Imports-Exports.eu ?

Imports-Exports.eu  is a business platform which offer you the possibility to be in contact with manufacturers, suppliers, agents, and buyers from entire world. All legally registered companies can register FREE.

At Imports-Exports.eu, companies describe their business in their Trade Profile; list products in Trade Products and the specific section Trade section, add BUY / SELL Trade Leads or add different announcements, identify and contact potential new trade partners.

Home	The starting page of Imports-Exports.eu. The starting page, offer you all the possibilities for to see the entire options. From the home page, you can search for trade partners, register your company, Log In, read Trade News, see country profiles, see banned companies, request an offer for products to all the members for one specific product, too see the last buying and selling offers, to see offers of the day, to add new offer if you are already a member and to see all the trade products by category.
Trade products	Trade Products displayed all the products by category from all the categories and companies.  To see offers or requests of products you have to click on the category and to choose the subcategory which you are interested or to search for the products direct from the search box. The Members which add offers can add also around 10 pictures of each product. From the contact form you can contact direct the member for that specific lead. To refine your search, you can click “more search options”
Trade suppliers	Trade Suppliers displayed all the suppliers leads and companies’ which present there offers.  To see offers you have to click on the category and to choose the subcategory which you are interested or to search for the products direct from the search box. The Members which add offers can add also around 10 pictures of each product. From the contact form the members interested for your product can contact you direct for that specific lead. Trade buyers	Trade buyers displayed all the buyer members which add requests for products.  To see the requests you have to click on the category and to choose the subcategory which you are interested or to search for the products direct from the search box. From the contact form the members can contact you direct. The buyers leads, are displayed also in the first page of the site (home page) in the last buying offers section. To refine your search, you can click “more search options”
Business proposals	This page is a specific page for announcements like: offering services, franchises proposal, outsourcing, business proposals or auction offers.  From the contact form the members interested for your services or proposals can contact you direct for that specific lead. To refine your search, you can click “more search options”

  What services do Free Members get?

Companies that register at Imports-Exports.eu have the opportunity to add the requests or to add the offers of the products or services which they promote.

How do I upgrade to GOLD MEMBER or PLATINUM MEMBER?

 Log in your SILVER ACCOUNT, or make one account if you are not yet a member account, go in “My account” and click Gold Account or Platinum Account. 

As a free member, can I post much more than 2 leads?

As a free member, you can only add 2 Leads.

  I can receive back the fees paid to Imports-Exports.eu for Gold Member, Platinum Member or the extra options as offer of the day, sponsored link, banner?

Sorry, but no. You can’t receive back the fee. Once you pay the fee, mean you try the Imports-Exports.eu and you agree with our services. 

May I move my account paid for one sponsored link, offer of the day or banner for other product than I choose before if I have more days paid already?

May be possible. You have to contact us through email: contact@imports-exports.eu and to present the product which you want to change the advertise, to the other.

 How many free accounts can I have?

One. All legally registered companies can have just 1 Free account. Companies that create more than one account are violating Imports-Exports.eu Terms and conditions  and these accounts may be Restricted or Banned.  Our rule is: one company

Who sees my company information?

Everyone. All registered members are listed on Imports-Exports.eu and can be searched by industry, keyword, leads and profile.

How do I edit My Profile Company?

Updating and revising your Profile is easy.   Log in  to Imports-Exports.eu using your Username and Password. Then, on the "My Account" where are displayed the information’s about your company. You can update those data as necessary and often you like.

How do I SEARCH Imports-Exports.eu?

At Imports-Exports.eu, finding new international trade opportunities is simple. First, decide if you want to search companies, products catalogs, services, business proposals, auction offers etc  

Once you chosen how to search, you can move between Tradeproducts, Trade suppliers ,Trade buyers,  Business proposals by selecting the navigation tab on the top. From here, you can select the category and subcategory which is interesting for you. So you can see all the offers from the members in the areas are interesting for you.

The directory is classified in 34 major categories with over 2000 detailed industry sub categories.

Trade products displayed all the products by category from all the categories and companies.

Trade suppliers displayed all the suppliers’ leads and companies which present there offers.   

Trade buyers displayed all the buyer members which add requests for products. 

Business proposals  - This page is a specific page for announcements like: offering services, franchises proposal, outsourcing, business proposals or auction offers. 

From the homepage or the button section, click on your industry, then select a more specific sub-category. Or, simply type keywords into the Search Box, choose section and click GO. Refine your search by using keywords and the drop-down choices in the Search Box.

If you are in the Trade Products page, will display all the members from the portal as seller, buyer, supplier etc. If you are in the specific section, as Trade Buyers will display all the members which add requests for those machineries.

How do I rank higher in search results?

Imports-Exports.eu search results are ranked according to membership status, account activity and Profile information. The leads are also possible to be displayed first on the page results if you make it sponsored link. For to make it sponsored link, you have to be logged in your account and to click on “promote my leads” or “list my leads” and click “make it sponsored” .

Other possibility for to rank up the leads is to log in your account and to list your products for to make it “offer of the day”. The offers of the day, are listed in the first page of the site in right part. The offers can be maximum 15 /day.

Why I am told I cannot register because my email has already been registered?

The Imports-Exports.eu check your registration information to avoid duplicate accounts.

Can I change my Username?

Sorry, you can’t change your user name.

I forget my password

On the Log In page, click Forget your Password? Put the email address which you use it for to create the account, fill the SPAM code and Sent recovery request. 

How can I change my password?

Log In to Imports-Exports.eu and then click on My company data  put the new password and after click the button save my data.

Can I trust companies listed on Imports-Exports.eu ?

Companies listed on Imports-Exports.eu should NOT be automatically trusted. Members should request that potential new trade partners forward a copy of their legal business registration and all the data which can give the trust.  

What is Trade Mail?

Trade Mail is a FREE web-based messaging system exclusively for members of Imports-Exports.eu .

Imports-Exports.eu members use Trade Mail to receive messages regarding offers.

How do I use TradeMail?

For to use the Trade Mail, first you have to  Log In to Imports-Exports.eu using the username and password you selected when you registered. To check Trade Mail messages, click "Received Messages" in the left column of the My Account navigation bar.

There you can see all the messages from the other members or users of the site. In the message is mentioned regarding which lead is the message. For to reply to the person which write to you, you have to log in your personal email account (other than the email account from the site Imports-Exports.eu) and to transmit your message. You are not allowed to transmit reply messages from your account.

What is the Trade Mail quota?

The Imports-Exports.eu, don’t have a limitation of messages.

May I contact members from different industry categories?

 YES. The Imports-Exports.eu allows members to contact other members from which category they want. The Imports-Exports.eu is flexible and wants to give you the best services for your business. So, contact which member you need through trade email.

Can I CONTACT other companies?

Once users have performed a search and identified a company they wish to contact, sending a message is as easy as clicking a mouse button. On the top left of every companies, or in the right part of one offer click the "Contact " button to send an email message or sent request to all the companies members in the site for one product from the button Request an offer

What is the BANNED COMPANIES?

The Imports-Exports.eu members which don’t respect the Terms and conditions or Privacy Policy etc, can be Restricted or BANNED and appear listed in the BANNED COMPANIES with details about the reason of restriction.  

How can I report fraud or an abuse?

If you notice a company on Imports-Exports.eu that is abusing our Terms of Use, please report this through Contact Us  and after write to us the problem which you want to report.

What can I do if I have paid for goods but haven't received them?

You can write to us, fill the document “complaint” and we will contact the company indicated by you to ask explanation for the argue. After we see the both sites declarations and papers, we will take the decision to BANNED that company or not.

 Upon receipt of your complaint, Imports-Exports.eu, will notify you within 5 business days whether we will accept your complaint or not. If it is accepted, we will notify the other party in writing, requesting them to complete and submit a Counter Notification.

To help with Trade Disputes, please refer to these useful tips:

1. We suggest that you contact the other party through the phone or email as soon as possible to help resolve the dispute. Many disputes can often be resolved after direct communication between the 2 parties.  
2. If our dispute procedures do not meet your requirements, you may also protect your rights and interests using the following means:
   • Lodge legal proceedings with a court of competent jurisdiction
   • Report your complaint to the relevant public security authority/police force

 Why is my account Restricted?

The Imports-Exports.eu restricts members when they don’t respect the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. Before to restrict one account, the Imports-Exports.eu, contact you to fix the problem. If the problem is not resolved, the account can be restricted or banned. To re-activate your account, please contact us by email contact@imports-exports.eu

How to remove my information from Google search result?

Sorry, we can not remove your information’s from Google results. For that you have to contact Google.

 Why my listings are not dispayed?
